Shipping Policy

We ship our products to various countries within Europe as well as to selected international markets.

Processing Time

Our products are prepared and produced for you after your order is received. Processing an order generally takes 2–5 business days.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email. If available for your shipment, you will also receive tracking information within that email.

Delivery Times

After dispatch, the estimated delivery time is generally:

Germany, Austria & Switzerland: approx. 2–5 business days
Other EU countries: approx. 3–7 business days
United Kingdom: approx. 4–8 business days
USA: approx. 4–10 business days

The stated delivery times are estimates. In individual cases, delivery times may be longer, particularly during holidays, periods of high order volume, or due to delays with the shipping carrier.
